Expert and passionate about customer relations
Geneviève is a graduate of the University of Dallas (MBA in international management), Sup de Luxe (MBA in luxury marketing) and GIA. Geneviève acquired her retail expertise while working for over 20 years at Cartier International. (Boutique, Marketing, Communication and Training). In 2013, she developed her training activity in order to accompany the boutique teams in France and abroad of major brands towards greater commercial and managerial efficiency. The objective is to build customer and sales team loyalty. She is the co-author of "Selling Luxury" and the game "108 actions for better sales in boutiques".
