Recently, sup de luxe welcomed a group of mba students from Stellenbosch University, South Africa, for a week of immersion in the Parisian luxury world and a vip experience of the luxury company behind the scenes.
The program introduced students to the concept of luxury at the Château de Versailles and allowed them to learn and experiment with high-end brand and brand techniques in workshops at Le Fragonard and in Richemont executive meetings at Cartier headquarters. In renowned jewelry workshops at the École des Arts Joailliers with the support of Van Cleef & Arpels, students experienced the challenges that creative people face in their work and how to manage them. At the original Cartier boutique and the Ritz Paris, students studied the art of storytelling as part of luxury retail and customer relationship management strategies.
Finally, the study tour introduced students to best practices in retail and digital marketing currently being developed by the Richemont group as well as in supply chain and production management for luxury products such as luxury watches.
Courses, workshops and conferences with more than a dozen luxury executives, private tours of the Château de Versailles, the Cartier headquarters and the original boutique, the Cartier Foundation for Contemporary Art, the Ritz, the van Cleef & Arpels Ateliers and the fragrance Ateliers de Fragonard, crowned by a graduation ceremony at the headquarters and a farewell dinner on a Seine cruise ship - a vip learning experience that only the sup de luxe can offer.
