Jean-Pierre Richard, HEC, graduated in law and participated in the creation of the Marketing Department of HEC Paris where he taught for many years. Co-founder of Plus Consultants, which he chaired until 2005, he managed numerous consulting, strategy, marketing and organisation assignments for international companies in a wide range of sectors and activities, as well as for public organisations. In 2005, after the sale of Plus Consultants, he created JPR Conseils SAS, a small company specialising in change management and project management.

He is an advisor to the Manpower Group Foundation for Employment and was responsible for the marketing specialisation at the EDC. He has been involved in Sup de Luxe since its creation.
