Alice Darmon

Consultant in marketing, start-ups and food industry

Alice Darmon

After a career in the consumer goods industry - deciphering trends, positioning brands, developing ranges - Alice Darmon provides marketing and communication support to French and foreign start-ups in the food sector.

Trained as a lawyer (member of the Paris Bar), entrepreneur (contributed to the development of ranges for Ikea, Habitat, Roche Bobois... in France and internationally), then as Director of Licences for France and Italy for Weight Watchers and member of the Management Committee, she then shared her experience as author of publications for the Les Echos/Etudes Group before creating her own consultancy agency - Stratégies Créatives - which assists companies in their marketing strategies. She teaches at Sup de luxe in MBA for French and international students, curious and passionate about French food luxury. She also coaches up-and-coming companies, for example for the Global Startup Weekend (February 2018) and for Viva Technology (May 2018). "A very enriching experience that feeds my view on the audacity of entrepreneurship and the humility needed to lead a project to success." Her favourite sector: markets that make sense in the food sector - luxury and all its Art of Living components - societal responsibility (origin, quality, strength of Made in France...), very trendy special markets (Gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, organic...) which by the way also inspire the different luxury sectors. Her favourite quote: "It's time to light up the stars"! French gastronomy is part of this roadmap!
