Emmanuelle Hoffman has been practising since 1988 as a specialist in Intellectual Property law, she is vice-president of UNIFAB (Union of Manufacturers for the International Protection of Intellectual Property) and is in charge of the European Observatory of Counterfeiting. She is a regular speaker at conferences on intellectual property rights and is also in charge of courses at the Institut Supérieur de Marketing du Luxe on the historical MBA in Brand Law.
